I’m not sure what you mean here?  It works exactly like Word for Windows 2010 for example.

Snagit, V 13.1.6  Copy All Button, Top Right next to Share Button. The Copy All does not function like a Button to show the User that has been Clicked. Distracts the user by making them wonder if they had Click the Button.

Just looked at Word, top right button Share highlights when the curser pass over it. That would help Snagit's Copy All.

Ah, now it makes sense.  I agree, the button should at least change appearance in some way.

Now I  see what you mean but fail to see the need for "feedback" to know that you clicked it.

No one knows any better that you clicked it than you.

Mine works fine.

Really trivial.

Please check the other posts about the button.  This “Really Trivial” issue is driving away customers. Look at the posts recommending other products.

People that use a product everyday a certain behavior in the product. When things don’t work like the other products that they use, they tend to stop using it.

I have inserted the wrong image in a file because the cursor was not in the Right Place to trigger the Copy All function. My first thought was that Snagit employees are not using their own product.

BTW – it is insulting to be told that the issue is Trivial. How many others were also insulted by your post?

I certainly didn’t mean to "insult" anyone and I  didn’t know there were those here with skin that thin LOL!

HOWEVER I have the right to my opinion just the same as you or anyone else thank you!

True, but your opinion has nothing to do with providing support to a customer. And, I can see you are all about insulting anyone who disagrees with you. Way to go, support that customer.

Product Support is about looking at the issue from the customer's view point. And, asking if making a change will enhance the customer's user experience.

Checked Post on Copy All – Wow found one from a year ago, found one from 8 months ago with multiple posts, found another post from 11 months ago. I thought listening to your customers was a good thing.

I apologize to the people seeking only to make suggestions on how to improve things.

Enough said. Anything further would be "Trivial”.

Then I  suppose it is "trivial" that I  am a customer like everyone else and do not work for techsmith LOL!

I stand by my comments and if it offends you do NOT read them!

To be fair, your forum user name seems to imply that you are a TechSmith employee. ;)
