Grant Access to ALL Snagit screen captures (Snagit 4.1.2) on Mac iOS 10.12.4. I am creating a study guide and the constant need to grant access to all of the PNG images is annoying! I used Snagit on a PC for many years and never had this type of issue. Please advise.

Hi,

I'm not sure I am familiar with this issue. What steps do you do that cause you to have to grant access? Can you provide a screenshot of this dialog?

Hard to take a screen shot of the selection process, as it's within the SnagIt Capture window - as soon as you try to capture that, the window disappears.  In any case, I have this issue too - it's with Word 2016 for Mac.  You capture a pic, then select the up arrow in the capture window for "more outputs".  You select Word to copy/paste the pic into Word.  Once you do that, a new Word doc opens, and you get a dialog warning asking for you to Grant File Access.  You then need to highlight the file (some cryptic name), and click Select.  It then opens Finder, highlighting the file - you have to Grant Access again. Then it pastes into Word.  Very annoying extra steps EVERY time you want to paste a pic into Word.

Hi Jayme,

Unfortunately this is an issue with Word 2016, so there isn't much we are able to do until Microsoft addresses it.
