Great Customer Service

I called customer support today and asked them for re-install of the SNAGIT software that I purchased a while back on my new computer. First of all it took only less than one minute to speak to a live agent. And he was very helpful. After the call, I received an email right away. I am very happy with your service and recommend Snagit to everyone I know. The price is affordable and does a lot of good stuff in creating a professional looking report. Thanks, B Shahossini

The customer service is great with Tech Smith.  I talked to Ashlie Helmer and she was so helpful and friendly.  We use Snag it and love it but it's also nice being able to call a company and know we will be treated so well!  Thanks!
