Hello,
first of all, sorry for my bad english.
My Harddrive is broken, now I try to save the Library from my old Drive.
Where can I find the right files and where should I insert them - and how?

Thank you for your time and effort

the Camtasia 2019 Library is located at C:\ProgramData\TechSmith\Camtasia Studio 19; the entire Library folder is Library 4.0

with Camtasia closed [new HD], see if you can replace the folder with your copy from old HD?

What do you mean by "The HD is broken?" Does it fail to boot? or is it dead?  Is the old drive the broken one? Or is it a retired drive?

Thank you very much.

Hello Ed Covney,
the old HD is broken, it can't start and also I can't open every directory when I use an Linux Start DVD. But some directorys I can open and transfer the Data to an other Drive. Now I would try if i can save the library from the broken Drive and insert it into the new system

Thank you again for your time and effort
kind regards
Harry
