Hello everyone,

I want to make a powerpoint presentation as a tutorial. I want to make it high quality so that people can download it and play it on their computer.

I was wondering what resolution is best for this and one which works for everyone?

Hello,

For a high-quality output that doesn't create a huge file, I would recommend 720p resolution, which is 1280x720. For the best results, you need to record, edit, and produce at those dimensions, so that no scaling happens along the way.

Keep in mind that when users view your content, it will most likely be inside an embedded player, which will shrink the video down to fit on the web page. But if you use 1280x720, when they go full screen, it will still look nice and sharp.

Hope that helps,
Randy
