And just to make it even more fun, I'm getting e-mail notifications for other Get Satisfaction powered forums for products that I've never heard of. I never particularly liked Get Satisfaction as a platform but this is devolving into a joke.

I received this interesting E-mail, it points out that Get Satisfaction has a lot avenues to reach out and inform us of what is going on, they chose to leave us in the dark.
I'm not going to respond to questions until this seems to be corrected.I had several responses disappear yesterday.

Ok I don't know what is going on with the current platform issues and the support/communication by you (Sprinklr) has been nothing less than dismal.

There is something that I need to share with you which requires attention. 

I have a publicly inaccessible thread which is receving the Page not found error. When I view this thread in Manage Workspace I can see responses from Get Sat users/admins from other communities on this thread (see screenshot below).
These responses are addressing a completely different user and obviously don't belong on that thread or Community in general!

I'm curious to know if this has triggered email notifications to the OP and generally what is going on right now.

well, regarding THIS thread, at least it seems to be working again; yesterday, immediately after I posted it, all I could get was "page not found"

I too lost several posted responses yesterday

I just received word back that the issues with the community platform should be resolved now (roughly 12:20 PM EST on 19 Sept. 2018); please let me know if you continue to see abnormal performance.

I think your service provider owes us a full explanation of this; something more than "oh, it's working now, nothing to see here, move along". It's clear from the e-mails that I received and the post that Joe quoted that at least some of our personal details went to places that they were never intended to be. There are laws about data breaches in most jurisdictions that Get Satisfaction operates in, and it needs to abide by them rather more transparently than having a status page that hasn't been updated sine early 2017.
