Try opening Task Manager and see If Camtasia is running.If it is select it and "End Task".
Try relaunching Camtasia.

Hi Silvio;

"Setup Blocked" generally indicates that Windows' User Account Control settings are blocking the downloading and installation of Camtasia (though it can also be caused by antivirus applications). As Joe mentioned above, pleased open the Task Manager and exit the Camtasia process (if it is running), but rather than simply double-clicking on the Camtasia.exe I would like you to right-click on it and choose "Run as Administrator" to see if it starts.

We have identified this caused by the Tuesday's Microsoft security update - KB3205394 and KB3207752.

It is a windows update affecting many applications not just Techsmith applications.  Uninstalling the update corrects the problem, in the meantime advise Microsoft - I have.
