Nice system. You're in Task Manager, now go to the Performance tab and at the bottom click "Open Resource Manager" and select CPU. It'll give you 8 CPU graphics: Total, Service and 6 cores - In your graphic you're only looking at "Total". Your 47.2% means Camtasia is almost using 100% of 3 cores - don't be too disappointed that Camtasia can't use 100% of what you've got. Creating tasks that can be processed in parallel is not always possible. The only program I know of that can is HandBrake.
