I am a small YouTuber and I was wondering if I could import audio from another program and sync it I was given this software as a present, or if I can't do that I have Camtasia I can also record from there but it is much less convenient for video recording. Please tell me if I can or can not I only got Snagit today so I will have to do some experimenting but please notify me if there is a way.

I don't believe you can import audio into Snagit video and if you have Camtasia your video recordings will be much better and give you more control and quality than you will get from Snagit.

With the amount of videos uploaded every day to Youtube you need to "polish up" your videos and give people entertainment to stand out to get people to watch them.

Not sure what you are trying to do but this may help. If your program produces say an MP4 you can import the MP4 into the Media bin, put this on a new track and split the audio and video on two different tracks. You can delete the video and do what you like with the audio.
I do this from time to time making time laps of events that has live music. I do a movie from my camera during a second production and split off the video portion, sync the portion of the audio with the time laps sequence all in Camtasia.
Hope this helps,
Bill
