When playing videos from web pages get a split screen:
This occurs on any browser I use currently firefox also happens on IE. I have not been able to find any help on this issue searching the web. I'm not tech savvy when it comes to this. I have looked at embed and resolution's but can't seen to find anything that would indicate an issue.

Hi there

Can you provide a link so another person can see the video first hand?

Cheers... Rick :)

Hi Rick, the screen shot is from Fox news: http://video.foxnews.com/v/5275512885001/?#sp=show-clips happens when I play clips there, it seems to only happen on certain web pages not all as I misstated above. So far I have this issue on Fox news as stated, youtube but not all videos and also on Yahoo. I'm sure there are others as well but haven't discovered them yet. I have a steam account and that is not affected when i play videos there. Hope this helps and thanks for the reply.

Sooo, does the split screen occur at the time you are recording (or trying to record)?

And in re-reading to better familiarize myself with the thread, are you even using TechSmith Camtasia or TechSmith SnagIt to try and record what is happening? Or are you instead experiencing some odd playback problem and you don't really even know what Camtasia or SnagIt are?

Cheers... Rick :)

Hi Rick, guess I'm in the wrong place on this problem, This happens when I play a video on a web page I'm not recording video just viewing. Yes I do know what Snagit is as far as the windows Snagit app but I am not familiar with Camtasia, well thanks for your efforts and I will continue to seek a support web page that may be able to help me with this issue. Thanks again.
