Hello, I uploaded a video with a quiz to screencast but it's not displaying the quiz. The video is in MP4 Format, what can be causing this glitch?

How did you produce and upload the video?

That may sound crazy, but there are different ways of doing this. Did you produce only an MP4? Then choose to manually load the MP4 to ScreenCast?

Taking those actions would likely cause a quiz not to appear.

So can you give us a "step by step" explanation of how you did things?

Cheers... Rick :)

My video was already uploaded to screencast once, but after using it I decided I needed to add in quiz.

So I edited, added in the quiz questions, and re-uploaded it. During the processing of producing it allows me to add in an email of where I want the quiz results sent, edit quiz name, etc. But once the video is on screencast I can no longer see the quiz.

I've done this before and it worked, am I doing something wrong now?

Hi bstjohn!

To confirm, from Camtasia you are producing and sharing the quiz-enabled video directly to Screencast.com? Or are you producing to your local desktop then uploading the video to Screencast manually?

Hi Robert,

At this point, I have tried both. I have tried producing it and sharing it directly from Camtasia to Screencast. No quiz..

If I do a "Custom Production" and produce it to my desktop, the quiz is there. Once I login to screencast and manually upload it, the quiz does not display.

Hi bstjohn;
Can you please open a support ticket? Please be sure to include both the original link you mentioned in the opening post here on the forums as well as the new link created on a direct-from-Camtasia upload (since they would be different links).
