This is the first time I've purchased your product, I really love it!! But the last version for the Mac, since I upgraded to Mavericks it has a lot of problems, always crashing and missing files... I also couldn't contact support because message has never sent. By the way, I'm again glad to purchase the upgrade, it's so helpful to my studies at Berklee College of Music, where I can import audio and edit it!! Hope this time I don't have the same issues as with the ñast version installed on Mavericks! Thanks!

Sorry the third time I've purchased Camtasia, the first one was for a PC, and the last one was through the App Store for my iMac... :D appologize for the mistake!

Hi Rick,

It sounds like something else is going on; we use Mavericks here too and don't have issues like you're describing. Have you tried uninstalling Camtasia for Mac, deleting the plist file and then re-installing it?

The plist file can be found in: YourHomeFolder/Preferences/com.techsmith.camtasia.plist just navigate to there in your finder and drag it to the trash.

If that doesn't help normally I'd tell you to open a ticket on our support site, but it sounds like you ran into a problem with that before. You can find our other contact methods on this page:
