How to hide cursor in a MAC trec file.

I have 2 Camtasia (latest versions). One for Windows, one for Mac. I accidentally filmed my cursor. I know that in the Windows Version there is an option to hide the Cursor. Does such option exist in te Mac Version. if it does, I could not find it .If I could edit the file in the Windows Environment and save it without the cursor, it would be great.

Any suggestion is welcomed

Tks

Have you tried hiding the cursor in the Windows version?

It was my own understanding that the TREC format was designed for cross-compatibility between the Windows and Mac versions.

So perhaps hide it in Windows, then save it and open the TREC in Mac. If that doesn't work for whatever reason, I think the next thing I'd try is to produce it as an AVI from Windows (sans cursor) and see if I could import the AVI in Mac.

Cheers... Rick :)

Yes, you can hide the cursor in Camtasia on the Mac.

You'll need to
1. Select your recording on the timeline
2. Open the properties pane (it's the gear on the right side of the screen)
3. Select cursor properties
4. Change the opacity to 0%.
