How can I capture questions from the phone audience?

I do weekly presentations via WebEx and phone audio, and I would like to use Camtasia to capture these. My telephone microphone uses Jabber, so it is playing through my computer. Camtasia is correctly recording my own voice, which is good. However when the audience asks questions, it is not picking those up. How can I do that?

How do you hear the audience? Can your computer (speakers) hear them?

There's an option to record the desktop audio during a session. I believe it's a little plugin that needs to be installed. On the right hand side of the recorder, click the question mark item to do that, then you should have a separate track in your Camtasia project with everything that's coming out of your desktop speakers/headphones.

Does your version of Webex have a record feature?  If it does, record the presentation and then download as MP4.  Then import into  Camtasia to edit, lower thirds, callouts etc

Looks like you've got the volume turned all the way down in that screenshot - which might explain the issue.
