-How can i make a very good video recording quality, i can not find how to chanche "images/per second", so i can just record disturbed video.

You need to convert them to MP4 with a program like Handbrake.

You can change the frame rate.
However, Snagit automatically configures video options such as frame rate and compression quality. For maximum efficiency.

The maximum size of an AVI file produced by Snagit is 2 GB. If you pass this size limit, the entire capture is lost. So it's something you need to be aware of.

First..................

Then..........

And Last.............

Good Luck

Are you playing back on Macs or PCs?  Just as an alternative, VLC Media Player can handle AVI files and many, many other formats.  My SnagIt 2018 can save as MP4.

FWIW, Windows Media Player can playback AVI files, but they've kind of buried it in Windows 10.  Here's how to play AVIs:

Finally, if you do this a lot, TechSmith's Camtasia product enables more production control of the video you capture, and outputs MP4 files up to 1080p.
