how can I produce mp4 file without smart player in camtasia 2019

And it's still present in 2019.

Click Share > Local FileĀ  and choose one of the MP4 only options or choose Custom production settings.

What are you seeing that leads you to conclude the feature is missing?

The newer menus are confusing.
They've hidden the default outputs.
You have to hit the back button to access the preset menu./ "Default Output Profiles"

This was a non-intuitive change. A poor decision from my standpoint.
It was introduced when Camtasia 9 was released.

start your productions using the shortcut CTL-P

open the dropdown to immediately select the desired profile

no need to use "back button"

Burned in captions will appear in the MP4 file, however they will not be able to be turned on and off Upsers.

Compress the audio during production to reduce the file size. The MP4 format uses AAC audio compression which produces a good combination of audio quality and file size. It is uncommon for uncompressed audio to produce a significant audio difference for your viewers.
