How can I put a Camtasia video (screen recording) into a Power Point presentation?

I did a screen capture of a video from the internet (it was just audio), added captions to it, and saved it as a Camtasia video.  Is there a way to add this project to a Power Point presentation?  I already have the video (with the audio) in my training but I needed to add the Captions.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.  I am using Camtasia 2020 for Windows (version 2019.0)

Thanks

So you already have the Camtasia created MP4 added to a PowerPoint slide?

As you mention adding Captions, I'm guessing you mean Closed Captions? If so, you likely need to present using the Camtasia Smart Player. And to do that, you likely need your Camtasia output files uploaded to a web server.

You might find the page linked here to be of help if this is the case.

I got the original video from YouTube, captured it into Camtasia, added Closed Captions for the audio, re-captured it from Screencast.  Is it possible to convert that last capture as an MP4?

When I add captions in Camtasia and save the "share" the project as mp4 (without Smart Player) the captions show up just fine.
I'm not sure why you do a re-capture - it seems to be a redundant step.

I just tried what you suggested but saved it as a wmv.  MP4 said (sound only) unless it was smart player...thanks for the input!!!
