How do I access SnagIt Stamps within Editor?

Hello,

I downloaded SnagIt Stamps from the Techsmith website.  I then installed the file.  However, I cannot find the stamps within the SnagIt Editor for use.  I then navigated to:

C:\Program Files (x86)\TechSmith\Snagit 10\Stamps

and I did locate all of the stamps I downloaded and installed.  But how do I have them show in Editor?  The only method I have now is to drag them from my Windows Explorer folder directly only my Snag.

Thank you!

Nick

If they were installed using an installer, then they will be in the stamps section in the Editor. Press the small arrow on the right hand side of the stamps to see all of them.

If the stamps wasn't installed using an installer, you have to manually move the new stamps folders into the location where Snagit has stamps. Again click the little down arrow and at the bottom you will find a link to Organize Stamps. Click that and you will see your personal stamps location. Just move the stamps into that folder.

If you are interested in more Stamps, check out my SuperStamps v4 collection here.

Hi... I just installed SnagIt 13 and stamps 4.  I've used SnagIt 11 at my old company and knew nothing about stamps.  I've followed the directions and moved the folder from where it downloaded into the snagit folder.  I closed down snagit and even restarted my computer.  Nothing in editor is showing the stamps.  Can you help?  :-)

Hi Carolyn, it's the numbered folders that should be moved into the Snagit Stamps folder located in Documents. Once that's done, you should see them on the right hand side when you have clicked the Stamps button, looking like a flower with a star inside. SuperStamps will appear in "My Stamps" section.
