Sometimes I need to add a background color to a text box. I had the ability in the old interface (before the "upgrade"). Is the option still here, if so, where can I find it?
If you look at the image below, I need to add a white background to the text box. How can I achieve this?

Look at the properties on the right side of the application.

Whoops, my bad. You need to avoid the Text tool and use the Callout tool instead.

Makes no sense! The Text Tool is a box that OUGHT to have a Background Color Property. TechSmith is inconsistently switching the meaning of Background from the Background Color of a Box (such as a Callout box) to Text Color when using the Textbox. I'd call this a bug - very frustrating interference to the normal workflow paradigm.
ALSO, on the Callouts, please consider that users have definite expectations on whether the Arrow will be pointing toward or away from the initial position where the user clicks and drags from to create the callout. This should be a User Preference Property on Callouts with arrows or other types of directed items.
