How do I apply the same animation to multiple objects? When I create a blinking box, I want to be able to have the next box blink in the same way. If I copy and paste the animation, it moves the blinking box to where the first one was created.
Unfortunately, the animation feature properties must include screen location coordinates. When you copy the animation, you are also copying those coordinates. This makes it tough to get the positions exactly where you want them by moving the object on the canvas. Worse yet, when you move a copied animation, it only adjusts one of the sets of coordinates: entry or exit, depending on where the playhead is positioned on the timeline. Animations must have start and end coordinates specified separately, a total of 4 ordinal settings. Trying to match these movements to make the object move in the same way as the copied one is nearly impossible. I almost always prefer to create each animation separately. It's just quicker than writing down all those numbers so the positions and angles match the way you want.
