I've logged into screencast.com, following the Help documentation, and the pages illustrated in the Help text are not there. I've gone to the subscription page and the only thing I can find are items I want to have sent to my email address: I cannot change the address there.
It sounds like you have tried this article, but what you saw didn't match. It appears when I go through the process that the article has the proper steps. Can you tell me at what point the steps there diverge from what you see?
Hi, Guy: I found the problem - there is nothing in the documentation that tells a user where to start on the Screencast.com page. I just started clicking icons and found that the user icon, when clicked, allows entry into the Account. I think adding that little tidbit would be helpful. Judging from some of the previous questions posted, I'm not the first that did not know to click the icon (which is either the general person-icon or the user's picture, if uploaded...I imagine).
