Inches are a measure of physical size, pixels are a measure of image detail.  You can have a 6.5 x 9.5 inch picture which contains a greater or lesser number of pixels.  You set the size when you print, normally.  What are you trying to achieve please?  Can you tell us more?

Thank Paul. I generate a lot of graphics using various geotechnical software and need to paste specific size captures into reports. With previous versions of Snagit, I was able to capture and automatically resize my image to my output requirement. I specified the exact region to be captured and the output size. In this version, when I am creating a preset capture, the only option I get when "resizing" is in pixels.

I suppose you might open the SnagIt editor and create a new image. Then resize the image to the desired size and note the pixel value that results?
