Hi there
If you are using the free version, you will need to delete some older content to make room. Or, possibly consider upgrading to the paid version of ScreenCast.com.
If you are already using the paid version, you likely need to contact TechSmith.

This is the 3rd time I've added more storage to our Pro account. I have to call in each time. As much as I enjoyed talking to Nicole :-), I'd like to add storage the same way I can add bandwidth.
