How do I obtain the URL so that I may view my lectures without loging into NEU and the course?

In Blackboard through Northeastern University, I open my course and click on "Build Content".
I click on Kaltura Media and see my list of recorded videos of my lectures that were recorded with TechSmith Relay version 4.4.2 - Sep 30 2014
Click "Select"
The "Mashups" appears in my course "Lecture Material" folder
Right click on the "Watch Video" (icon = hyperlink that launches when left-clicked) and "The Menu" appears.
First attempt: left-clicked on:  "Save link as..."  saved the download to my hard drive and then clicked on the saved folder and FireFox opened

to a gray square with a sad face in the middle.

Next I went back to "The Menu" clicked on "Copy Link Address" here's what it copied:  Browser opened a new window and message appeared: "The media doesn't exist on the server".

Went back to "The Menu" again and clicked on "Copy Image URL" here's what it copied: Browser opened a new window and displayed the "image" against a black screen.

How do I obtain the URL so that I may view my lectures without logging into NEU and the course? Thank you,

My apologies for the delay in responding.  Ultimately what you are describing here is Kaltura functionality.  If the media was hosted in our TechSmith Relay hosted solution, I'd tell you how to get the URL, but it is not.  I encourage you to talk to your server admin and ask these questions.  If he/she doesn't have an answer, I'd address this with the Kaltura folks.

Sorry I can't be of more help.
