How Do I Setup Camtasia For Mac 3 To Record Windows Screen Running Under Parellels

I'm running Camtasia 3 for Mac on a 27" iMac. I need to record a Windows application running under Parallels. Here are my questions:

1. What resolution should I use on the Camtasia recorder screen drop down to get the right resolution for showing my screencast on a desktop computer or iPad (i.e. 1920 x 1080, 1280 x 720, etc.)? I want to show the entire Windows Screen in my screencast, but the resolution on my iMac is so high that it makes my recorded screen look tiny.
2. Should I record my Parallels window in Full Screen or Coherence mode? If Coherence mode, should I size the Parallels window to the same size as my record setting in Camtasia?

Hope this makes sense. I'm a Camtasia virgin, so be gentle;

It is best, if possible, to set your capture size to be the same you intend to publish at.

Yes, you may run your Mac at a 4k resolution, but temporarily change it to the size you want to publish at.

That way, processing is faster, and the video does not have to be re-rendered or scaled, which can affect quality.

Thanks for the reply, Bruce. I didn't think of changing the resolution on my iMac. I'll give that a try to see if it solves my problems.
