Hi,
It looks like you've already deleted your TechSmith account.
I'm guessing that you're still receiving notifications from this feedback forum (which is powered by another service). Here's a short video on how you can close your account there

Sorry for any trouble,
Glenn

There are two related accounts; one on Yechsmith itself, one on Get Satisfaction, which hosts the Techsmith Forum (where you are reading this).
To stop the e-mails, go to the top right of this screen , click on the drop-down next to your name and select Profile.
On the left of your profile you will see a link to E-Mail notifications. Go to that and change the settings so that you no longer receive e-mails
If you have an account on the Techsmith site, go to https://www.techsmith.com/ and log in. At the top right there will be a drop-down allowing you to go to "My Account".
In Settings there is a button at the bottom which allows you to [Delete My Account].
