There are several ways...

I think the easiest is to email the image to yourself.  Open the file, save it to your iPhone, and then send the image via a text message to your recipient.

Later on, look in to downloading Fuse (iOS).  It is a mobile application that allows you to communicate to your computer (PC and MAC both support it) and have fun playing with it.

Also, look in to the vast mobile apps that exist out there as well.

Thanks Manuel,  Yes email will be the easiest.  I have fuse on my iphone, but it does not seem to be able to import from computer.

I had the same problem with Fuse.

It turned out that the culprit for blocking Fuse from my iPhone to my PC was my internet security software, primarily the firewall service.

I was able to solve the problem by telling Norton that I was not in a Public Network and that my network was Private, and then adding both my iPhone and iPad's MAC Addresses to Norton's "Trusted Devices."

After doing these steps everything worked well!

It sounds like this is still not possible.

To be clear:  This question is about transferring an image
FROM my Windows PC running Snagit 2018
TO  my iphone

There's no Snagit-to-Fuse way to do that?   Really?

Fuse is designed to send media from your phone to SnagIt.

It purpose is not to send media to your I-phone.

There are several ways to accomplish that. You'll have  to find an alternative technique/techniques that suits your needs.

I do it by sending a whatsapp message with the pic attached to it, using web whatsapp on the PC browser. Then, open the whatsapp message on the mobile.
