How do I turn off the positioning and rotate "dots" at the center of the Camtasia preview video screen?

Hello all,

I believe I have done this in the past but I can't remember how it was done.

For my requirements, I may never need to re-position or rotate my video captures. However, I do often pause my Camtasia video captures in order to grab sections for screen captures in my documentation.

Note: I don't want whole screens as captured through File > Produce Special > Export Frame As...

The problem is, if the section I need to capture is near the center of the preview, those dots (one for screen positioning and the other for rotating the screen) are in the way.

How do I turn off these dots... I don't want to see them until I need them (which is almost never)?

Thank you,
Shawn

un-select that clip on the timeline; that will remove those controls
