How do you use the blur tool in Camtasia that "moves" with the part I'm trying to blur out?

I followed previous posts (7 years ago) and can't see that there have been any improvements. If someone has a way, I'd appreciate knowing what it is. I have a screen shot and need to blur out student names but I am also advancing the screen. Is there a way I can keep the blur locked in place over a section of text and have the blur travel with that particular text?

It depends on what you have going on. If the text box is moving around within the video you captured, then you're stuck trying to animate a blur box to stay in front of it.
If, however, it's only moving because you're zooming in/out, you can put the blur on top of the video, group them, and then apply your zooms/pans, so that they move together as a group.
