How I can create the transition like a “whip spin” myself using program tools?

I'm just wondering if these transitions are done in the program itself or using scripts?

Goo d morning! Camtasia's transitions are coded directly into the program, and at present it is not possible for users to add their own. Whip Spin in particular does some things that are not exposed anywhere else at the moment.

Of course, using combinations of existing tools inside Camtasia (Transitions, Behaviors, Animations, and Visual FX) it is possible to get creative and implement your own visual ideas!

Transitions are a program generated effect.

Whip spin uses scaling, rotation and a "Directional Blur" effect. You can use system tools to animate Rotation/Position & Scale.

What you cannot do is add blur.................

While stretching the image from side to side/smearing and duplicating the image. To simulate motion.

So theres a lot going on under the hood. You could jump through hoops, export frames to Photoshop, apply a directional blur.I would use another program to create the effect, then import that into Camtasia. It would look more professional in the long run, and save you a lot of time.
