Hi guys,
we would create screencasts with using the quizzing feature.
We would share the Videos on our own Website.
Ok so we know that we have to create the Video and place the files on our fileserver - our questions:
How does it works with the results, how as are mails sent.
Who send the mails?
Which of These files include the Informations about the mail Receiver?

Thanks a lot

Joe's suggestion should help

the quiz properties, built into a project that is produced as MP4 with controller, are contained in the 2 xml files ... xxxconfig.xml, and configxml.js [within the scripts folder].  these 2 files contain quiz identifier info; every time you produce a project that contains a quiz, a new ID number is assigned

there may be other produced files involved, but they cannot be opened for viewing [or, I haven't figured out how]

the controller, in conjunction with a web site's software, automatically transmits quiz data to [in my case] the TechSmith Results Service, when a viewer clicks the "submit" function; the Results Service sends out an email, usually about 9 PM in my case, that contains the quiz results [you get an email for each video viewed that has a quiz], the results are in 2 attached files; there is also a "dashboard" web app that is part of the TechSmith service that can be viewed in a browser; the app holds historical summary quiz results, and is a handy way to review those results

you should receive 2 CSV files by email every night that relate to any quiz that was active [viewed] that day; these CSV files contain the quiz results

just import them into your database, and use as you desire
