How (or can I) change how much an object is moved when I use the arrow keys?

When I'm moving annotations around, like stamps, shapes, arrows, callouts, etc., I want the ability to be able to select the item and hit the arrow key to slightly nudge it in whatever direction without changing another alignment. For example, I have a shape that's exactly where I want horizontally, but I need to nudge it slightly up or down. If I try to free hand move it, then I lose my horizontal alignment. The only way to preserve that, is to use the arrow keys on the keyboard. However, when I try move an object with the arrow key, it jumps too far. I remember running into this issue in some other application and found that it had a way to change the default behavior, giving you more granularity to move items with the arrow key. Does Snagit allow you to do this and if so, how?
