How to create a video intro title with multiple animations?

I need to create a video entry tile that will appear at the bottom of the screen. 
The animation has to go like this:

Video host name slides in from left, and then, it moves up, and in the same location the name of the host slided in, it has to appear the name the title of the video. Then everything has to disappear slide out to right.

add the 2 objects to timeline; use a manually added animation keyframe on each to script the movements you describe

A couple of methods that may work for you.

The first way is along the lines of Kayakman's method.

Track 1 (the host name) would consist of three custom animations

One to bring the text in, one to raise the text up, last one to exit the text.

Track 2 (the video title) would consist of only two animations

One to bring the text in, one to exit the text

Another way would be to use the behavior options.
It adds a little more something to it.

I used the sliding behavior and on track 1 only (the host name) I also added a custom animation
to raise the text
