The aim is to copy and paste all the numbers into the excel subsequently easily in one step in the right order. First two figures illustrate the reality right now and last two pictures show how the workflow should proceed if possible. Thank you.

Try an intermediate step.

Paste it into notepad first.  That may "de-tabulate" it and make it easier to work with.  Don't use Word; that may add it's own layer of formatting

I am not sure that grab text is going to do any formatting. It seems to just grab raw text for pasting elsewhere. I am not sure snagit is going to be able to format that for any other program. You can't even make a grab text preset that shares with anything else. I believe it is just a module that lets you ... grab text.

Thank you for your effort. However, I didn't succeed. Multiple area selection feature captures a screen region only and doesn't allow to grab text at this first step (it is only possible when obtaining a single selection) to use a notepad as an intermediate step. I dont fully understand how the Snagit decides where it places the items (numbers) from multiple region selections within the result window.

I think they just added a module based on ABBY fine reader so you can get the text from a graphic to the extent it is possible and we have to format it the way we want for other uses

Perhaps they can add the ability to keep creating txt files so you can speed through web pages and then deal with the txt files later. I doubt they would do much with that as the basic purpose of snagit is to capture screens and annotate them with a lot of neat exports and shares
