How to Change Camtasia App's Titlebar Font Size

I am losing my vision due to old age. I want to change the Camtasia App's Titlebar font size to something larger. I don't care if I lose a few pixels vertically. I just need to be able to read the Titlebar without squinting. I've tried to increase by using the Win10 Display settings and that effects some apps, but not Camtasia or Captivate. Can any one offer a suggest to make this happen?  Thanks.

Most monitors provide 96 dpi (dots per inch), max & recommended resolution. You can adjust the resolution on your monitor down to where its comfortable viewing.

For argument sake, say you have a 23.5" wide screen and its set to 1920 x 1080 resolution. Your screen is 20" wide and 1920/20 = 96 dpi.  Set the resolution to 1600 x 900 and 1600/20 = 80 dpi, larger dots, easier viewing.  If your happy with that resolution, you're there.

But if you want 1920 x 1080 real estate space at 80 dpi , you'll need a 20% larger monitor, i.e. at least 28".  Costco has an LG 32" 1920 x 1080 - on sale for $150. and Best Buy  and Walmart both price match. They also have a Samsung "curved" 32" for $180.
