How to copy elements from 'Basic Style' to 'Urban' or a New Style?

Regretfully I have added elements to 'Basic Theme' (call outs, arrows, etc.)
However, I can't export the Basic Theme. Export feature is available for 'Urban' or possibly when creating a new theme.

Does anyone know how to move elements (like my defined callouts) from Basic->Urban?

Or am I supposed to start from scratch?

2nd question: when launching SnagItEditor, how to start off with another theme? (like Urban)

Yep there is no export for the Basic theme but what you can do is

Create a new image (CTRL + N) and make it big enough to put your objects on.
Doesn't matter what background color you use but to keep it simple just go with white.

From the basic theme put each of your objects (callout, arrows etc) on the new image.

Now switch to the Urban or whatever theme (if these are objects you use consistently I would make a new theme then you can export that theme for safe keeping)

Then click on each object one by one in your image and it will show in the Quick Styles window for you to add it to that theme.

That's the only way I can think of to add your objects from the Basic Theme to another theme.

For your second question, Snagit editor should open with whatever theme you uses last.
It does for me but I also have "keep Snagit running in the background" option On.

So that may make a difference if you don't use that option.
I've never tested without it on to see if the last theme used was retained.

Thank you very much!
I did like what you suggested, as indeed there is no Basic export, regretfully so.
Probably there is some good reason that I am not aware of.

As for Urban, I gave it a try and confirm when relaunching SnagIt, it starts off with Urban being the one selected when exiting.

Again, thanks!
