I'm not completely sure what your question is, but if you're seeing the desktop through your Camtasia window, I get that almost every time I produce a video. Double-clicking on the top of the Camtasia window generally fixes it. 

If this is occurring while you're editing, you will probably need to turn off the hardware acceleration, which is enabled by default. Go to Edit > Preferences > Advanced and set Hardware Acceleration to "Use software-only mode".

Than I would do a re-install or repair install.

If that doesn't work than support is where to go.
