How to import my libraries in batch from Camtasia 2018 into 2020?

I just bought Camtasia 2020, 2 problems:

1. the old 2018 version is still in my desktop, and

2. my libraries were not automatically imported from 2018 into 2020. When I try to export from 2018 I cannot do it for all the libraries at once, and the program stops working, crashes.
I get a small window about building the zip file, the green bar stops moving to the right and flickers for ever.

How to export all my libraries at once, in a batch, without crashing the 2018 version?

The installation program for the 2020 version should have handled all this automatically, correct?

I am having the same issue. My libraries did not automatically transfer to Camtasia 2020, and my previous version (2018) keeps crashing when I try to export my libraries in order to import them manually. I have the exact same problem of the green bar stopping and flickering.

I am having more sucess exporting library assets in small batches of 5 at a time. This creates a zip file which you can import into Camtasia 2020. Camtasia 2018 is still seizing up and crashing while I do this, but if I close it and re-open then it I can get it to work again.

To import the assets into Camtasia 2020, I need to go to the folder where the zip file is saved, and click on it (rather than trying to add the files from within Camtastia 2020). Clicking the zip file takes me into Camtasia 2020 (which I have open) and I then see a dialog box where I can select which library I want to add the assets to. Seems to be working and it's not that time consuming (apart from all the crashing and re-starting which is pretty annoying).

You are talking about exporting from version 2020. We are talking about importing libraries into version 2020 from 2018!
