How to manually type in values vs. graphical/mouse gestures?

I'm new to this version of Camtasia Studio and am rapidly finding it difficult to get precise results via the mouse based approach to setting time line location and things like audio volume changes.

Yes, you can use the left/right arrow to adjust the position by one second increments, but frankly that can be time consuming when you want to go to 1:07.00 directly.

In many other applications I use, there is the option of typing in the value directly, such as an setting a timeline start/end (1:07:02) or setting volume increase (e.g. 105%)

Does this option exist (and I've looked but can't find) or is this a missing feature?

there is no function to go to a timeline location based on entering a time value

best technique is to use ctl-F9 to view entire project on timeline, select time with playhead based on best approximation, then use ctl-F11 to max zoom in, then tweak playhead location manually; if your 1st guess is pretty close, this method can be quite fast; FYI, at ctl-F11, arrow keys will advance by a single frame [1/30th of a second]
