How to record my Android screen

I notice that it's possible to record an iOS phone screen for a Camtasia recording.  Is this possible for Android?  I need to create a demo of a career development app for our students. Being able to demonstrate this app would be very useful. Thanks.

Try ManyCam  (https://manycam.com/) .  They have a mobile  app for connecting your Android  and iOS smartphone to the PC ManyCam app. Once it is running  you can then connect it to Camtasia by selecting the ManyCam Virtual Webcam as input.  https://help.manycam.com/knowledge-base/manycam-mobile/

There are no current plans to build and support an Android equivalent of TechSmith Capture. We built a prototype recording app a number of years ago on Android, but the fragmentation and cost of maintaining and supporting it have never added up to us releasing it. There are also a number of free recorder apps available on Android (it was a pretty mature recorder app scene before we ever built the prototype). For now record with one of the free 3rd party apps and use TechSmith Fuse app on Android to transfer the files to Camtasia.
