How to see a specific area of the canvas when editing

In Camtasia Studio if I enlarge the canvas zoom so I see where to place a small callout over an icon I cannot see the top or sides or bottom of the screen. And since most of my icon callouts are on the top of the screen, I'm not doing a very good job with placement.

How do I scroll so I can see the top or sides of the canvas area without changing the area that displays in the video? This is just for editing purposes.

Also, it would be wonderful to be able to shrink down the media area and track area so the canvas could be larger. I know I can remove blank tracks but the reserved area stays the same.

After zooming in. Hold down the Space Bar until you see a hand Icon. Then left click to reposition the media in the canvas. After you are done use the Shrink to fit setting to re-center the media in the canvas area.
You can also click on the Icon to the top right hand side of the canvas and go Full screen with the Canvas.
