How to set width of video in page

I have a page at https://steamtraininfo.com/dccguide/  .  I want the white area below the blue image to be the same width as the dark blue image above.  Without the embedded video it is.  But when I embed the video, the white area width increases to what it is as you can see on that page.  How do I prevent that from happening.

I opened your link - and the dark blue and white below maintain equal widths whether I start the video or not, so whatever the problem was it appears to have taken care of itself. My only critical comment would be to use 4:3 video in a 4:3 frame or  a 19:9 video in your 16:9 frame.  Nice train sets!!

Thank you for the effort. Because I got another answer from text miss saying that the videos were not responsive, I removed to smart player from this page and installed cold that just use an MP4 file. I have found cold on the web that will allow me to make that video responsive.

If you folks can come up with code that makes the camp takes a videos inserted with a smart player responsive, I'll use that so that I can use a hot spot.

Considering the number of people using iPhones, my first concern has to be responsiveness.

Camp take it, as it stands, does not support responsiveness. It would seem to me that you folks should be able to find some cold that can be added to a page that would make the video responsive.
