How to upgrade from Mac  App Store version 2.8.3 to 2.9. On the website it says free upgrade. Once you install 2.9 it asks for a software key which I never got from the App Store?

Sorry for the delayed response.  We have been unable to submit 2.9 to the app store so far.  We will be submitting our next release, but don't have a specific date yet.  In the meantime, if you have an older app store version, you can contact our Customer Solutions team and obtain the latest version with a proof of purchase from the Apple App Store.  You can submit a ticket here: http://bit.ly/ts-gethelp or call them at +1.517.381.2300 (International) or 800.517.3001 (US and Canada).  They are available from 8am - 7pm Eastern M-F.  Thank you!
