Hi there

First off, where are you seeing anything suggesting there are these three options?

Aside from that, you should know that SCORM is nothing more than a protocol that allows the quiz to send data to a Learning Management System. Bottom line is that if you need to track things like who took the quiz and what their results were, you are likely using a LMS. And that would mean you likely want SCORM stuff to come into play.

I believe that if you upload to ScreenCast, it has some ability to accumulate and maybe tally results of Quiz takers.

Web would likely mean to just upload all the output files to a general web site. And in that case, I believe you would have to perform extra work in the event you have a need to collect data back about who the test taker was and how they performed.

Cheers... Rick :)
