How to zoom in and crop simultaneously?

Hey there!

I have a problem with one of my Camtasia 9 projects. The resulting video should have a thin border around the actual recorded video. The borders should always be there. When I try to zoom into the recorded video it obviously breaks these borders. So I try to crop the zoomed video to the size of the original video. The gif below shows what happens. The zoom effect and cropping are not synchronized. The only workaround I see is to create multiple key frames for cropping. To make it presentable I have to do it for almost every frame of the video. This way the video stays within the borders. Is there an easier way to solve this challenge?

Thanks in advance!

make a frame for you border; put it on top track

place video below that track and just add the animation keyframe to that clip []lock the border clip track]
