Hi, I made a 20 minute recording and tried publishing it to a SharePoint site. The SharePoint site is rejecting the upload because it is too big. My SharePoint admin won't allow larger uploads. I can't find a way to get my mp4 back. Is there a way to recover this file?

Thank You,

Dan Gordon

Dan,

Please have your admin call our Tech Support team. If a 20 minute presentation fails to upload to SharePoint because of the size, the admin should either reconsider the size restriction, or reconsider having SharePoint as a publishing destination.

The presentation is still on the server, but there is not an easy mechanism by which you can pull it off with general user permissions. Please have your admin give us a call and we can help you out. Thanks.

I have a Kaltura profile that should have plenty of space. Is it possible to just get the publishing destination switched? Thanks
