It's not working. I have Sound Flower installed. System Preferences shows the following for Output:

Internal Speakers
Soundflower (2ch)
Soundflower (16ch)

I tried setting it to all three. No dice. I only want to record the system audio (from the iPhone Simulator) and not the microphone.

If I set Audio Output to Soundflower and try to record with System Audio selected in Camtasia with NO microphone I get a popup alert:

"Problem Recording System Audio"
"We are unable to capture system audio when Soundflower is selected as the default output device."

I also have "Built-In Output" selected in the flower icon for 2 channel in the upper-right of my desktop.

What is the solution here?

Hi All,

The latest version of Camtasia for Mac (2.2.1 at this writing) should now be able to record audio from Skype--and pretty much everything else.

We've replace Soundflower with our own system audio recording component.
