How do I move the canvas in the editor, to look at a different section

To clarify what I am trying to do:

On a small screen, where I cannot have the editor window at 100% zoom and see everything, I currently have two choices:
1. Zoom to about 66%, and see the whole picture, or
2. Zoom to 100%, and see the center of the picture.

I want to be able to see the top (in this case).

I am not talking about moving the video on the canvas -- which would alter the output. I'm talking about moving what portion of the canvas is displayed in the editor.

I cannot figure out how to do this.

If you hold down the space key when the cursor is over the canvas, the cursor will turn into a hand.  While holding down the space key, you can move the canvas around by clicking and dragging.

The video+audio below may help explain it too.  I think you want to change your canvas zoom level, select the animation on the timeline and then drag it about.
