Hi kuwabara,

I'm afraid we don't have any timer built-in to the recorder.  Let me point you to an older post ( https://feedback.techsmith.com/techsmith/topics/record_for_a_specified_time_period ) which has a few suggestions, namely these two links:

Techsmith support article on using Windows Scheduler with Recorder: https://support.techsmith.com/entries/22890788-Camtasia-Studio-Schedule-a-recording-to-automatically...

3rd party UI automation tools (here's one example):

Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

Regards,

Aaron

One more thing, in your Installed Camtasia Studio 8 program directory ( ...\Program Files (x86)\Techsmith\Camtasia Studio 8 ) you'll find a file called autocam.bat - in it, are the recorder commands along with some sample scripts.  You might find that useful, too.
