Hey. I'm trying to remove an entire audio track in Camtasia Studio. There is no data on it! No sound at all. I don't want it there - it's just useless data! Is there any way to cut an audio track. I try to remove the track from the timeline, but then if I put it back all the data is still there. I WANT TO REMOVE THAT DATA! Like, do you get it? Remove. The data. Forever. I don't like it!

Please help me! It feels like this is something you should be able to do with this product, but there is no information, not even on The Google.

Your question is a little confusing, but ...

To remove all content from a track [unlink any linked tracks that need audio removed], lock all tracks except one with content to be removed, select entire timeline, use ctl-X to cut the content.

Perhaps look at TechSmith web site's Support/Learning Center and watch Camtasia tutorials.
